We accept payments by Credit cards and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through PayPal and BlueSnap!
1) Visit us at www.privatevintagecollection.com, and find the item you'd like to order.
2) Click on the item, and then you'll arrive at it's product page.
3) Select the color you'd like.
4) Click on the 'Add to Cart' button
5) Simply repeat steps 1-4 above until you've added everything you want to order to your virtual cart.
6) Click on 'Checkout' at the top right corner of the page.
7) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details. Do make sure you follow through the whole process by clicking on "Pay Now" or "Complete Order" before you close the website.
All payments are processed by PayPal and BlueSnap, which is a very trusted and secure platform. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by PayPal and BlueSnap.
All prices stated on our website are in United States Dollars (US$). For currency exchange conversions to your local currency, do visit an online currency converter such as xe.com/ucc
At Private Vintage Collection, to ensure maximum security we use PayPal and BlueSnap as our payment providers. This allows us to accept most payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and Discover.
We are very sorry, but we do not accept bank transfers or similar such as Western Union.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order processing time is between 1-5 business days, and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to the shipping company for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be made available to you.
Of course you do! Once your payment is accepted, your order will be processed to our shipping center and our system will keep you updated with all of the relevant information through the whole process. The moment your package is sealed and shipped, the system will automatically update you with your own Tracking Number for you to follow along.
In order to track your order and know exactly where it is at the moment, you can either use our Track Your Order Page, or you can use any order tracking website such as 17track.net.

First of all you have nothing to worry about. Even though we are certain the damage occured during the shipping process because we make sure to ship each package with great care, we take full responsibility!

Unfortunately, Private Vintage Collection is unable to take responsibility on any duties or taxes that has been added to your order in the destination country. If this happens to be an issue, please contact us at support@privatevintagecollection.com and we will work out a solution for you.
RETURNS & REFUND
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do drop us an email within 30 days of receiving your order. If you do decide to return it to us, you will either be given store credit or allowed to exchange the returned item for another item of equal or lower value.
We do not charge any types of restocking or handling fees, however please note that buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping/postage costs and we will not be able to reimburse these costs.

In order to return your order, please contact us first at support@privatevintagecollection.com so we can guide you through the process, and as long as the item & packaging is in perfect condition, our team will help you arrange the return.
Once your order is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will send you a notice by email that we received your returned item. Once we make sure your item is at perfect condition and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, then your credit will be applied automatically over the original payment method, within 30 days after we receive the returned item.
In case your order hasn't been processed yet, you definitely can change or cancel your order. However, once your order has been processed it is not possible to change or cancel your order since it is already at our fulfillment center.
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
